We won’t tell you what to do!
You talk, we listen

Everyone experiences challenges in life and personal difficulties that can make us vulnerable and sometimes we need extra emotional support.

When you call the helpline you will speak to an operator who is trained in providing emotional support in the language you prefer. Your native language and culture reflects attitudes and personalities and therefore you probably feel most comfortable speaking in your own native language. We are here to listen to your problems and helped you through a difficult time by suggesting ways to cope with the situation and generally giving a friendly non-judgemental ear.

Call us free any time, day or night, from any phone.
